Self Defence Classes

Self-defense is an all encouraging skill that anyone can learn and apply to daily life. Martial art training is an excellent way to gain self-confidence and skills to further improve once capabilities. Learning martial art will improve girls strength, flexibility, stamina, balance and a number of other physical as well as mental skills in association with Shihan Anil Patil Chief Instructor of Japan Karate Association of India has started Self-defense classes for girls in our study centres in order to empower girls physically as well as mentally.
